One of the most important responsibilities of trustees, if not THE most important, is the selection of the right person to serve as the director for their library. Once the selection is made, forging a productive working relationship and periodically evaluating the performance of the director is critical to a well-run library. This workshop will explore all aspects of this important responsibility.
